Due to the size of the document, the PDF files have been split into two sections; section one containing the main body of text and several figures, section two with only Figures 1-13, which are photos.

On some printers, sending the whole first section at once will be too much for the printer memory to handle. To print, open the first section (containing everything but figures 1-13, pages 4-16 of the document), and print it in two parts: first pages 1-25, then pages 26 to the end.

Next, open section two. Due to the large number of pictures in this section, it may be necessary to print it out two pages at a time (i.e., in Acrobat pages 1-2 first, then pages 3-4, etc.)
