Undergraduates Attend Annual Career Panel Event

There was a full house in the Gary J. Balas Atrium on Tuesday, November 9th, as undergraduate students came to get career and job search advice from AEM alumni working in industry. John Weyrauch, AEM Professor of Design and formerly with ATK Company, moderated the Career Panel. The Career Panel included Alexandra Naughton of Boston Scientific Corporation, Scott Peterson of Orbital ATK, Bill Kunik of UTC Aerospace Systems, and William Lentsch of Delta Air Lines and Eric Snustad of Fredrickson & Byron, PA. Each panelist provided the audience a brief overview of their career and then answered questions from the students and the moderator. The panelists were very thoughtful and open with their answers. The diverse background of the panelists provided students with a very broad perspective on career options and tips for success. The event started at 3:30 p.m. and students were still asking questions of the panel at 6:00 p.m.
